As Co-Founder and CFO of Bright Sky Properties, Melanie is responsible for managing the finances of the firm. Her duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the firm's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. Melanie, with the help of her co-founder, has led the development of the firm's domestic and international acquisition program and currently oversees a portfolio of CAD 133.3 billion of assets under management.
