Description

As a Program Manager, you will execute various administrative tasks to ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all our agent’s listing and contracts ensuring no small detail is left unattended.

What we require
  • Own and understand contractual and operational working relationships with our vendors to ensure that commitments are delivered
  • Maintain procedures to ensure compliance, while mitigating costs
  • Manage budget, forecast and contract renewals
  • Create and evaluate Key Performance Indicators
  • Interact within multiple levels of the organization; to develop, manage, and communicate service needs and to identify and communicate risk
  • Recognize when process changes are required, help create new process, and help ensure team is following new protocols
  • Be flexible for additional assigned duties
What you offer
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience combined with professional training
  • Five or more years of professional office experience with a minimum of two years in shipping and receiving or logistics
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in tools such as Sharepoint, Quip, and Google Sheets
  • Strong leadership background
  • Experience managing Third Party Service Delivery and Vendor Relationships
  • Highly organized and experienced with managing multiple projects
  • Experience with a service-based/SLA-based vendor delivery model
  • Advanced problem-solving experience and refined analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in adapting communication style to suit different audiences
  • Attention to detail and experience developing accurate written materials
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects
  • Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions
  • Strong foundation in process improvement with a focus on data accuracy
